OUR TEAM

Our team consists of a group of experienced professionals whose core values guide our interactions with investors, portfolio companies' management teams and ourselves. Our senior deal professionals average 15 years of investment experience and we strive to be responsive and dependable in all aspects of our business interactions.

Our philosophy is to develop a strong relationship with our portfolio companies' management teams based on an alignment of interests and respect. We typically do not get involved in the day to day operations of our portfolio companies as we seek to invest in high quality management teams who have a vision and capability to build shareholder value. To the extent that our portfolio companies need assistance, we work with them in a variety of strategic capacities: acquisitions, capital-raising, R&D expenditures, HR-related issues and industry analysis.
