Investment Criteria
We invest in buyout, acquisition, growth and recapitalization transactions as a control investor on a standalone basis or as a co-investor with other financial sponsors
We target cash flow-oriented businesses with a well-established market position and minimum EBITDA of $3.0 million
Our investment size is typically $5-15 million upon initial investment and we can make larger investments when required with our partners and other co-investors
We primarily target investments in the following sectors based on our knowledge and experience: business, government, healthcare and industrial services, niche manufacturing, value-added distribution and education.
We do not invest in startup businesses or make direct investments in real estate or finance companies
